2010-2011 Registration Information
Becoming a member of the Concord Boys & Girls Club is easy and affordable! We also accept State of NH Childcare Assistance and have scholarships available for qualifying families.
How To Register

You can register at any time during the year!

Outstanding balances must be paid before we can accept a new registration. Please conatct the Finance Director if you have a question about a balance.

Determine your child's program fee (See descriptions on the Programs & Services page) and complete the registration form.

Financial Assistance is available upon request & we accept State of NH Childcare Assistance. To learn more about the financial assistance, please contact our Membership Coordinator.

You must meet with a staff member at any one of our sites to review registration & payment policies. Applications CANNOT be faxed in. Just drop by between 2:30 and 6:00pm or call 224-1061 to schedule an appointment.

Submit the registration form with a non-refundable $10 registration fee.

All members must have an immunization record & proof of physical dated June 24, 2008 or later on file. Your doctor may fax this information to us at 229-0305.
